Writing Again!

Whew! Thanks to all of you who sympathised and enquired after my health. I spent several days in absolute agony; I wept with the pain. But then the abscess burst. That was messy, but a great relief. It has taken an age for it to drain (it was about the size of your little finger) and it's still very tender, but I can do most things without pain now. Walking is still not much fun.

My wonderful excuse for not writing has gone, though. I can sit down so that means I can also settle to write. So naturally I haven't done any in the last couple of days!

I feel I've wasted time, so I'm going to go over all my characters now that Janie has given us an interesting article to read. Then I'll splurge into writing this weekend. Promises, promises...
